AI Server GPU Module Thermal Solution
Keeping an 800 W-class GPU module inside its thermal budget without slowing the line.
Validated on a 2U server: after 30 minutes at full load the GPU hotspot dropped without throttling, and interface resistance varied by less than 5% across three incoming lots.
